1. What makes your district so special?

Pankow has a comparatively large amount of green and open spaces and is therefore particularly attractive for families as well as nature enthusiasts. Here you can visit numerous green learning places and experiential spaces to observe nature and gain sensory experiences. If you are looking for peace and quiet, the districts of Karow and Buch are just right. On the other hand, those who are more in need of adventure will find variety in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. This diversity is also reflected in our educational landscape, which offers something suitable for everyone.

2. Which green and sustainable places does our district have to offer?

Nature experience space GRÜNE LIGA Berlin e.V., Adventurous Bauspielplatz Kolle 37, Youth Farm Moritzhof, Environmental Office Pankow, KuBiZ, MAXIM, Botanical People's Park Blankenfelde-Pankow, baumschlau e.V., 2000m² Weltacker, Nature Experience Space Wild World of the Moor Meadow, Forest School Bucher Forst and other actors are in the handout on our homepage (available as download).

3. Which are the topics that we are most concerned with in the district?

We integrate ourselves into the living environment of Pankow and represent the NUK+N education at neighborhood festivals, make offers on site or help all those interested to further educate themselves in this area. With our events we make the district of Pankow greener and more sustainable and contribute to a better networking and communication of the contributors. We actively bring together associations, institutions, recreational facilities, family producers as well as freelancers and speakers and support their educational work in the district.
